I bring a background in computer science and over 15 years of experience in workforce development, education, and instructional design. I’ve led initiatives that exceeded recruitment goals, created onboarding systems to streamline compliance, and built learning solutions that align with organizational priorities.
Most recently, I developed Data Chaos to Spreadsheet Savvy, an interactive eLearning project that was designed to improve data accuracy and reporting through scenario-based learning. My ability to quickly learn new systems and translate complex information into clear, engaging training ensures every solution is both practical and impactful.

I also have certifications, including a 120-hour TESOL Certificate and CompTIA A+ (IT Technician).

In my most recent role as a Workforce Recruiter for EO, I designed and implemented an asynchronous onboarding program using Google Classroom and developed a step-by-step instructional system for new childcare providers. Before that, as Owner/Director of Kirk's Blessings, LLC, I designed and implemented onboarding training materials for new employees and developed a tutoring program for elementary learners. My experience also includes working as an ISE Director and Adjunct Instructor at American National University, where I built online courses using Canvas and created course agendas and lesson plans. My diverse background has strengthened my abilities in training, technical systems, and performance support, including delivering numerous virtual learning sessions and developing reporting tools.

Both of my children are incredibly talented. One is a doctor, and the other is a dancer who also works as a coach and physical fitness instructor. I am so proud of them.
